Book
Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Welcome to our small, family-owned bookstore. Copyright 1947, 1948, 1952 by Ralph Ellison. Published by Random House. Stated First Printing. Hardcover. Very Good for its age. No dust jacket. Cover is black with a light tan cloth overcover on the top third with a black-ink line drawing. Some remnants of fingermarks are on the overcover, but the drawing is clear. Slight lift to the cloth on the backstrip. The covers show some signs of wear, especially at corners. The title and names on the back strip are almost completely worn off (Invisible). Age-tanning and a little soil on the outer edges of pages. Top of the page block is blue, maybe a little faded. A previous owner signature and a number in pencil appear on the flyleaf. But after all that, the pages are clear and unmarked. Sewn binding is strong. A well-kept book, overall. Packaged using bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box. Tracking number provided for no extra cost. Thanks for checking out this book from our small town brick-and-mortar and supporting a small business.
