Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. This book is hard-bound in purple cloth with gilt stamping on the upper cover and with blue and black stamping on the spine. The covers show scuffing and soiling, edge-wear, and rubbing to the corners and spine-ends (heavier at the head of the spine.) There is sunning to the spine and cover edges, as well as some toning/staining to the lower joint. The text-block shows the beginning of loosening at a few spots, but with the binding still solid. The contents are bright and clean. This book is scarce in the trade. A possible candidate for a new binding.
