All pages are clean, lightly toned, with a creased lower right corner. Some light stains in the upper right corner of the front cover, very slight soiling to front and back covers generally. 3" tear from bottom of spine up along the spine. Crease to bottom right corner of the front and back covers (and all pages as mentioned above). Three-inch scratch near bottom of front cover. Light wear to spine.
