This trade sized paperback focuses on helping white protestants to understand racial pluralism and the rising anger in the black community evident at the time. The book is subtitled: "A Christian Response to the New Negro Pluralism." The book calls white christians to respond positively to seek new patterns of response besides confrontation or withdrawal. The covers look good with minor wear around the edges and on the faces and one slight crease across the upper outer corner of the front cover. The spine is tight with minor wear and no creases showing on the outer spine. The pages are white and free of marks with little wear. There is a name written inside the front cover and a small line across the bottom of the pages. The book has eight chapters. 228 pages.
