This edition was the last collaboration between Hughes, who died in 1998, and Baskin, who died in June 2000 just days after completing this book. From a limited edition of 60 copies Signed by Carol Hughes and Lisa Unger Baskin, who shepherded the book through eventual publication. This is copy number 31. A superb copy of the last major literary work issued by the Gehenna Press.
