Hard Cover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: No Dust Jacket. Early Reprint. Formerly John Steinbeck's copy with an inkstamp on the front endpaper stating "From the Library of John Steinbeck". Likely from the Harry Valentine collection of Books from Steinbeck's Library, though we can provide no provenance. This copy has a small number of 'annotation', though the hand is unknown as they are comprised of underlined phrases, question marks and 'X's' in the margins. One can speculate.
