A collection of writings by local people, produced on either a mimeograph machine or a copier. The title page states that contributions came from Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Giles, Lawrence, Lincoln, Marshall and Maury Counties, which are in Tennessee, though that is not stated. This was with a box of materials owned by a VISTA volunteer. Other items were from the 1960's, and I assume this is too. Poetry, short personal stories, probably writen for a class they were taking. Some of the stories are clearly written by adults, so I assume it was a program for older students. The the last 3 pages are loose (detached). The style is very "down home" and colloquial.
