Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Expanded Edition. The 1855 Expanded Edition which includes a number of plates not in the earlier Edition. 41 Steel engraved plates, of which 22 have been hand colored. One colored plate has a 5 inch tear to it. Shelfwear; points abraded; head of the spine panel leather abraded. Some foxing. Overall, a pretty solid example! Dated 1855 on the Title Page and 1857 on the spine. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall.
