Boards otherwise clean and bright. Slight age-discolouration of e/p's else contents tight and clean. No inscriptions. 93pp with cartoons and plates at rear. Dust jacket is slightly discoloured and bumped on edges. A very nice copy.

End pages are discoloured. Binding tight. No inscriptions. 176pp. Dust jacket is bumped and rubbed on corners and spine ends and there are water stains internally and on the fold-ins. Nice copy.

Some natural offsetting (light tan stains from glue used in manufacturing) to endsheets, otherwise very good, tight, clean copy with no markings or bookplates. Slight edge wear. In a very good dust jacket with NO chips and only minor edge wear. U.S. price on rear jacket flap has been corrected in thin felt pen. No other markings. Overall, an excellent copy of this large tome. 288 oversize pages illustrated with b&w plates and drawings. Well-produced. Contents includes: author's general opinions on magic topics, historical analysis of Indian Rope Trick, numerous well-illustrated explanations of magical effects ranging from small hand-held tricks to large stage illusions. NO workshop plans.
