Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Fine. Robert Silverman - Cover Design (illustrator). 1st Edition. First US edition, first printing. A fine book in a fine dustjacket - there is, possibly, a thin (1/2 cm.) strip of fading to the far edge of the rear panel next to the red spine, pale pink to white, but I am not sure, never having seen a copy without this. Otherwise, the jacket is completely unfaded, bright, crisp and 'as new'. A review copy, with the publisher's advance publicity letter, review slip and black and white author photo (by Jerry Bauer) laid in - uncommon as such. All the review materials are 'as new'. The author's final book, published posthumously.
