Illustrated internally by a flock of famous cartoonists & caricaturists. Pick is reprint 2nd printing 1999 of 1998 edition, More is 1st edition 2001. Unused unread set. Both books and their cases absolutely mint, with all edges clean, and internally pristine, with the sole exception of a few black dots/marks at top edge of a few pages towards back of More, and since books never opened or read, seems due to a tiny splottering of ink in the printing. Selected from the writings - articles, stories, poems etc from the famous satirical magazine Punch, selected across its long life from the 1830s to the 1990s, although mainly 1950s-1980s here, and with an Introduction. Contributors both of pieces and of drawings were drawn from the literary and political glitterati of the times. Combined weight 1.3kg.
