Latex binding is attached to the black, cloth-covered binding with 3 metal rivets-like fasteners (the surface of these show slight discoloration). Scan show the spine & moulded-relief-sculpted front cover with design, but not the full-size, protruding upper right-hand corner/edge of the front cover. Part of the moulded design continues as two broken lines of dots around the spine & part of back cover. Inner front cover with author's name & title printed on a central white rectangular label on a black paste-down; Enzo Cucchi has written his signature in pencil across this label (we have not located a number mentioned in the colophon, on this label or copy). Loose sheet of thick white paper has been inserted in the front, between the latex & hardcover cloth cover (but not between the back cover, which shows some light rubbing off of the latex surface onto the black cloth). English language booklet is bound in black paper/card covers with repro. of white title label on front cover. Back cover fore-edge shows 3 small tan spots to the latex surface, very light scratches to the (very soft) latex surface; excepting these few minor details, binding, book & booklet are in overall near fine condition. This might be an out-of series, signed copy (the colophon mentions 500 copies in yellow [latex] that have been signed & numbered). Covers Enzo Cucchi outdoor sculptures from 1982-88, in Venice, Basel, at Lousiana, Guggenheim Museum; fountains, installations, etc. Texts & statements by Martin Schwander, Emilio Mazzoli, Ulrich Werner; quotes from Gottfied Benn, Herman Melville, Botho Strauss, Michelangelo, Goethe, Encyclopedia Britannica (1911).
