All orders are shipped usually the same day if received before 10 am Pacific Standard Time, or within 24 hours, except on Sundays and bank/national holidays when U.S. Post Office is closed (we will ship following business day).

Please notify us by email any delivery deadline or other special request so that we may accommodate your needs. No guarantee is made for Standard shipping delivery deadlines.

If an order is shipped, all shipping costs including return shipping are not refundable, unless we have sent the wrong item or have made another error.
