About the Author:

Stephen Sloan is the founder of the Fishing Zone radio show, now in its eleventh year of broadcasting. He currently serves on the United States Advisory Board to ICCAT (International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas) and has been a member of the United States Delegation for the past nine years. He has lectured as an Adjunct Professor at the Rosensteil School for Marine Science, University of Miami, completed a Certificate Degree at CERC, Columbia University Center for Environmental Studies, and is a Trustee of the International Game Fish Association. Mr. Sloan has set 44 world fishing records. He is the Editor of Fly Fishing is Spoken Here (Lyons Press).
