Our shipping provider using United States Postal Service was recently acquired by Stamps.com which allows us to continue to purchase insurance on the book but not on the postage
Domestic Shipping
Default shipping is by Media Mail (about 5 to 14 business days) at $4.50 for the first book and $3 for each additional book. Priority mail (about 2 to 6 days to most locations) is available at $8.99 for the first book and $8.99 for each additional book.
