From its first page, readers are caught in a murder mystery that twists and turns through the highways leaving Seattle, to the backroads of Eastern Washington.

16 years have passed and Jay Barnett returns to the resort town of Mineral Lake with his five year old son only to find open hostility, anti-Semitism, and terror. Set in Washington State, this mystery/thriller was inspired by true events which the author masterfully weaves into a shocking story of murder and kidnapping in a community lost in its prejudicial values. Characters crackle with emotion while they play a dangerous game of cat and mouse. Jay Barnett eventually learns the lesson "IT'S DANGEROUS TO GO HOME AGAIN."

Sherlock Holmes Fans, will enjoy this book since Basil (Rathbone) and his classic Sherlock Holmes movies, are key elements in the story.

Review:
"Nobody Drowns in Mineral Lake", is an exciting murder mystery based on a true story in Washington State. Mr. Druxman offers a vividness, and unique point of view that most murder mystery writers fail to accomplish. "Nobody Drowns in Mineral Lake" tells the story of murder and intrigue on such a scale that it keeps the ending a total surprise. Mr. Druxman is a master of storytelling! As a professional screenwriter Mr. Duxman has displayed his talent for capturing his audience and taking them on an emotional ride of great depth and width. It's very obvious from page one that these skills have helped him produced a great novel and one I highly recommend. -- Christopher Wehner, Screenwriters Utopia

Nobody Drowns In Mineral Lake is an ominous mystery which leads to a second time around love affair. It is filled with heart gripping horror and helplessness of a kidnapping and the desperate search for the child. Once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down. (STELLA STEVENS - Actress The Poseidon Adventure-)

Michael Druxman tells a vivid and unfortgettable story of a homecoming that develops into your worst nightmare. You are inexorably drawn into the seren, yet eerie Northwest where present meets the past - full of mystery, intrigue and terror...filled with finely drawn characters and a compeeling plaot, that makes it a real can't put it down page turner. (STEVE KANALY - Actor - Dallas- )

Michael Druxman is an ingenious author inthe way he has woven this tale into a taut and very readable work. He captures life and speech in the backwaters of Washington incredibly well. (JOHN AUSTIN - Book Of The Week -) -- Publisher Comments
