She has an MSc in applied positive psychology from the University of East London and is a management consultant specializing in the use of positive psychology to improve business performance. She is also a qualified life coach and NLP (neurolinguistic programming) practitioner.

Ilona Boniwell (London, England) is a both an academic psychologist and a practitioner, specializing in positive psychology and well-being. She founded the European Network for Positive Psychology. She has also acted as a consultant to the BBC in their making of Happiness Formula, and is cofounder of www.practicalpsychology.org -a social enterprise dedicated to the promotion of well-being and personal development.
Tina B. Tessina, Ph.D. (Southern California), has been a licensed psychotherapist since 1978. She is the author of thirteen books in sixteen languages.
