About the Author:
Richard Stim is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he studied intellectual property law. An editor at Nolo and an adjunct professor at San Francisco State University, Stim is also the author of Whoops! I’m in Business, Music Law, and Getting Permission, as well as co-author of Nolo’s Patents for Beginners (all published by Nolo).
