About the Author:
Joe Miller is an internationally recognized speaker, and author. Joe has worked with numerous companies and groups on topics ranging from sales to self-help and fulfillment, using his vast experience and sharp, sometimes self-deprecating humor to uncover people's pain and shine a light on both common and deeply buried problems.
Joe constantly searches for the means to help people learn through his own mistakes. During a particularly low point in his life, he was introduced to his brother's concept of finding your spinach. Joe set out on his own personal journey to learn to tap into a strength his brother seemed to conjure at will. This journey resulted in his authorship of Find Your Spinach , using his deeply personal writing style that adapts the persona of a blunt friend or family member.
Using the presentation experience he gained as a trainer and professional speaker, Joe now has dedicated himself to helping others to find their spinach through keynote speeches and seminars. Helping people find their spinach is Joe s Spinach.
Chris Miller has enjoyed a successful career as an entrepreneur, construction manager and real estate developer. Without an official title, however, he has taken pride in mentoring hundreds of people, helping them to succeed in their personal lives and professional careers. His constant high-energy, positive attitude and willingness to listen has made him a natural leader, confidante and advisor.

Patrick Longo is a writer, author, speaker and corporate consultant responsible for creating new business, educational and creative content for CEO s through his company, Upaya Productions. In addition, he is the CEO of Team Earth, an environmental awareness company that uses apparel to educate the public about global warming while giving back a percentage of its profits to global warming and sustainable energy research.
As a former instructor of Creative Writing and Literature at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, Patrick used his writing and presentation skills to start a training and consulting career. He is the co-author and editor of several business and personal self-help books, as well as the The Aces , an illustrated children s fantasy novel that helps parents start a dialogue with their children about the dangers of smoking.
In his free time, Patrick also is an avid musician, composer, songwriter and screenwriter. His latest projects include the development of "Cassandra" a rock opera based on the Greek myth. Music and writing is Patrick s Spinach.
