About the Author:
Frank Pangborn served in the Republic of Vietnam from September of 1969 to September of 1970 as a 1st Lieutenant, Infantry. He served as a Platoon Leader with Company C, 1st Battalion, 12th Cavalry, 1st Air Cavalry Division. He was awarded the Bronze Star 1st Oak Leaf Cluster, Army Commendation Medal for Heroism, and the Air Medal for flights over enemy territory.

Mr. Pangborn's post-War career includes 38 years as a college professor. He also has been an actor on television. You may have seen him on Murder She Wrote, Moonlighting, Melrose Place, Young and The Restless, and Days Of Our Lives as well as numerous other roles.
