Unfortunately, the layout is cluttered and sometimes confusing: for instance, there are five "party cocktails" based on two basic milkshake or fruit punch recipes on the preceding pages, so it is necessary to flip back and forth to make sure the correct recipe is being followed. Otherwise, the book is good.
