About the Author:

Associate Professor Judith Armstrong is a Reader in Russian Studies at the University of Melbourne. Her previous publications include The Novel of Adultery, The Unsaid Anna Karenina and In the Land of Kangaroos and Goldmines (a translation from French). She has also co-edited a collection of essays honouring Nina Christesen.
