This offering is an older copy, in very good condition, of Westward Vision, The Story of the Oregon Trail written by David Lavender with illustrations by Marian Ebert. The book was published by Eyre & Spottiswoode Ltd. in 1963, or so, is a Third Printing, and a book in the Frontier Library, The American Trails Series. Both the book and the dust jacket are in very good condition though the dust jacket does have a closed tear at the front bottom near the spine (which will be unnoticeable once I put a plasticene protector on the dust jacket) and it's not an ex-library copy. It has 424 pages with an Index, a Bibliography and Acknowledgments section, a Table of Contents,and black-and-white illustrations.
