The book was published by The C. T. Brainard Publishing Company in the later 1800s or early 1900s. It's not an ex-library copy, the book is in good + condition, and it has no dust jacket. It has gold-gilded top page edges and red boards but does not have the marbled end pages. The book is 6" by 8 1/2" and has 409 pages with a Table of Contents and a List of the many black-and-white illustrations which are not included in the page count. Thank you!.
