Metal-air batteries exhibit high theoretical energy densities ranging between 2-10 folds higher than lithium ion battery (LIBs).In this review, we have covered some novel and important cathode materials for Al Air battery such as PANI/Fe, Mn3O4-N-G, Ag/N-rGO, PEDOT/MnO2/carbon, and Ag-MnO2, in addition to the electrochemical measurements of these cathode materials.
