This is a title in the publisher's Regents Renaissance Drama series. Edited by Robert J. Lordi. This play was originally performed in 1604 and is the author's first play. A play about the chivalric heroism of the main character. The action centers on a duel he fights in a heroic fashion and its contrast to the actions of a vengeful Count who tortures and kills his wife in a rage because of her affair with the main character.
