This hardcover midcentury edition of De Molina's comedy, adapted from the incomplete "Cigarrales de Toledo," is bound here in brown cloth boards, with gilt spine lettering on a black background, and a cover decoration in black and gilt of a silken cord with a tassel. Overall, a clean, tight copy; mild cover wear; some foxing on endpapers; most inner pages clean. De Molina, a 17th-century Spanish playwright, is best known for having introduced the character of Don Juan in his "El Burlador de Sevilla." 74 pages, approx. 6"x8". Size: 6"x8".
