no binding. Condition: Near Fine. This 6.0 x 4.125 unpaginated softcover booklet is the original 1915 printing of this title by the Panama-Pacific International Exposition Company. This copy is in near fine condition with just a touch of time-wear showing to the back panels of the soft brown cars stock wrappers with architectural image on the front and back panels with gilt and red lettering and design. There are three very minor and modest smudges on the front and back covers but beyond that the corners and stapled wraps are all in near fine condition and the interior is overall in at least near fine condition with one exception - - the very centerfold page giving three separate images has pulled loose from the stapled binding with the very centerfold full-page panorama of the exposition with San Francisco Bay in the distance present but loose in the binding. The rest of the pages are secure and the condition all near fine.

Unpaginated, perhaps a hundred pages, coated paperstock throughout with captioned b&w photography and a splendid colorized centerfold panorama. Softbound in 9x12 inch grey Yapp-edged wraps decorated in blue and brown with titling gilt, externally somewhat edgeworn with tiny tears at head, tail and foredge. Front and back covers are reflected from textblock revealing rusted staples, in three places the rust has seeped thru wraps and is visible in small stains. The color panorama is in perfect shape, having been "stubbed in" thus escaping the staples. Title page (saving stapled areas and a faint corner-tip erasure) and all leaves are near-fine, plates are clear and free of any marks, a good to very good copy.
