This is a set of engravings--printed in conjunction with the full book of a similar title that was originally issued in three parts. As a set of plates, this volume does not contain any of the letterpress pages except a title page nor does it contain the 12 textual illustrations. VG- (wear and soiling to case. ex-library with usual marks. additionally, title page has been marked with a perforation stamp and all plates have been marked on the front with an ink stamp, immediately below the image. tissue guards are slightly acidic and should be replaced so they don't further tone the paper.).
