Minor wear to wrappers; light foxing on the fore-edge. A scarce book with numerous photographs from the author's archive. B. Prianishnikoff, 1902-2002 - a prominent public figure of Russian emigration, a participant in the Civil War, and one of the founders of the NTSNP (NTS) movement. The book gives a panorama of the life of Russian emigration in Europe between the 1920s-1940s, the struggle against Soviet influence in Europe, of which the author was an activist. The "The Third Force" chapter highlights the participation of Russian emigration in the fight against the Soviet Union during the war (the author himself was a member of the Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia, General A.A. Vlasov), about the ROA, about life in the displaced persons (DP) camps after the war.
