"What you are about to read was inspired by that sometimes illogical world of dreams, and the logical view I adopt in defending their precognitive value. This book was not written to stir emotions into panic or alarm but to provide an opportunity to take a sane and honest look into the terrifying phenomena of nature's dreams and its mysteries; and perhaps examine the possibilities of a major earthquake or a tidal flood which may occur on Vancouver Island. Everyday fire drills are carried out so people may cope with the problems of survival in a civilized manner. It is in this spirit that this book is written.".

Author is aware that he is an instrument of the 'Great I Am' who resides within all of us, who is the real author of the books that are being revealed and written through him, using the same language of the heart in which 'The Third Testament' was written. This book is a wonderful example of what can be achieved by turning to the heart, to hear the Word of God as it pours out to those who find the time to listen. Author was born in Saskatchewan in 1924 and later moved to Vancouver Island where he still resides.

"God has given us only one religion that is heard within the heart of each member of the human race but as long as the heart is ignored, then humanity will never hear the simple language of the heart." Author was ordained and registered with the Province of British Columbia as a clergyman in 1979. Almost from the start, things went from bad to worse, and Reverend North was relieved of his duties, as being incompatible; for he was listening more to the voice of God within him, than to those in church authority. He went on to found the Church of the Heart, whose foundation is the Living Word of God, as it is expounded by the Living Voice of Christ.
