Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. This book is an Exhibition Catalogue with soft covers, it is in a very good condition, apart from very minimal edge ware to the back cover. The catalogue includes a separate 'Introduction' 8 page booklet produced by the British Library (has slight tanning around the edge), together with an amendment to the catalogue sheet and a Royal Academy of Arts, funding envelope. The inside pages are in a very good condition. There are black and white / coloured pictorial illustrations of the items on display at the exhibition which featured 'Art of the Edo Period 1600 - 1868. The exhibition was held in 2 parts, the first was on the 24 October - 20 December 1981, and the second was from 28 December - 21 February 1982, at the Royal Academy of Arts. The catalogue is in a very good condition, despite the above details.
