Hard Cover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. William Makepeace Thackeray. (illustrator). Cover color is blue. Light wear to corners. Corners are square. Very light wear top and bottom of spine. Spine is tight and there are no loose pages. Small stain edge of back cover. Previous owners name in ink top of first paged. Inside covers have some browning that probably is from the binding process. Other than noted, there are no marks or writing in the book.
Hard cover. W.M. Thackeray (illustrator). Not previously reprinted. Green embossed cloth binding with gilt WMT monogram front and back, and gilt decoration on spine, brown endpages. Small split in the top edge of spine. Pages clean and unmarked, but somewhat tanned with age. Some of the pages remain uncut at top edge. Very good. No dust jacket as issued.
