The Papers of Alexander Hamilton Volumes X through XXVII [final 18 volumes]
Published by New York: Columbia University Press, 1966-1987. Frontispiece portraits of Hamilton in vols. 10 through 25. The contents date from December 1791 through to Hamilton's death in the duel with Aaron Burr in October, 1804. The final two volumes also contain additional matter, as follows: Vol. XXVI: Additional documents 1774-1799, addenda and errata; Vol. XXVII: Additional letters 1777-1802, addenda and errata, and cumulative index Vols. I through XXVII. [Please note: the earlier volumes I-X, not included here, are easily available on the internet.] Eighteen heavy volumes, so additional shipping charges will be necessary., 1966
Condition: Very good. First editions; some are second printings. Hardcover. Very good condition in very good dust jackets (one volume lacking the dust jacket). Former reference library volumes, with spine labels, rubber stamps on the ffeps, sensors mounted behind the title-pages, and reference labels on rear inner endpapers. The final 18 volumes of the Hamilton Papers, all virtually unread, with the texts in fine condition.
