Covers have microscopic bumping to tips, else pristine and intact, binding tight. Dust jacket pristine and intact except for a few wrinkles, two closed tears along front outer joint measuring 1/4" and 1 3/4," and one closed tear on fore-edge of front cover measuring 3/4." Pages have microscopic bumping at tips, else pristine and intact. Replete with illustrations of the artist's work in black-and-white and color. 97 pp., including illustrations. Beautiful catalog with eye-catching dust jacket design. Published on the occasion of an exhibition of the artist's work at the Robert McLaughlin Gallery in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. Walter Tandy Murch (1907-1967) was a Canadian-American artist who is best-known for his still-life paintings of eclectic objects that are depicted as if through frosted glass.
