Babcock (which begins, "Have you ever had your day suddenly turn sunshiny because of a cheerful word?"), name and addresses of the Pastor and officers, and "Take Any Street Car Marked [several listed] - These Bring You To The Church Door." The author was the subject's husband where the two met at the local college in Hillsdale, Michigan.
