Frontispiece photograph of G.B.S. and Patch in the study at Whitehall Court. 316 p. with index. Pages are roughly cut and somewhat yellowed. A couple of pages have been earmarked at bottom. Interior clean and unmarked. Tiny brown spot on p. 100. Covers are turqroise blue, fading and with a stain at bottom of spine. Silver lettering on black. Corners and edges are bumped.There is a large triangular pale stain on the back cover which mirrors the triangular piece missing of the dust jacket backside. Front of dust jacket is fine, blue with several small pictures of Shaw and friends. Original price $3.00. Back corner has been clipped. Mylar-protected. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
