Por tal motivo, en esta obra colectiva un selecto grupo de autores examina con rigor y talante crítico el grado de adaptación de nuestra legislación al actual contexto familiar, analizando aquellas cuestiones que más sensibles se revelan a esta falta de respuesta normativa.
