Bound in worn but sound printers boards. The endpapers are browning, there is some foxing to the first and last few pages, the rest of the text has a little light foxing in a few places. A rather scarce title only four copies are noted in the UK, the re are no others for sale. xx+600.

Top edge gilt. Cut outs of matching paper have been pasted onto the front endpaper possibly to cover old inscriptions or stamps. Rear free endpaper neatly removed.
