Coloured illustrated frontispiece by Pierre Bonnard " Le Grand Nu Jaune ". Within the text portion of the book, there are three black-and-white photographs and a tipped in [ coloured ] reproduction of a lithograph for a poster for the " Revue Blanche ". In the reproduction section of the book, there are 14 coloured reproductions of Pierre Bonnards' work and 26 black-and-white reproductions. Illustrated front cover, being a self portrait of Pierre Bonnard, with ochre coloured background and white and black writing on the front panel and spine. The text portion of the book has been printed on brown coloured paper. The catalogue of the National Gallery of Victorias' exhibition of the French artist Pierre Bonnard in 1971. The back strip section of the paperback binding has lost the red colour from exposure to sunlight. Otherwise a very good condition paperback that has been read. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
