Includes speeches and statements by Ho Chi Minh, Pham Van Dong, etc. no date (1965) Samuel Chinque (1908-2004), the publisher of this pamphlet was born in Jamaica, with duel British and Chinese citizenship, he became a seaman and joined the CPGB in 1935. He founded the Chinese News Agency in London -- he was expelled from the CPGB in 1963 during the Sino-Soviet split. In his 70s he disabled a racist who attacked him on the London tube.
