Head and foot of the spine as well as the corners are chipped. Light penciling on front free endpaper. No date on title page. Copyright page is dated 1925. 17 pages. Sections of poetry and sheets of music and lyrics. A very good copy.

Jacket is wrapped in a removable Mylar cover.
