Condition: Fair. 1930. First Edition. 164 pages. No dust jacket. Green and brown cloth. Illustrated by Charles Simpson. Contains black and white illustrations. Pages are lightly tanned and foxed throughout. Cracking to gutters of a few pages with exposed binding. Occasional thumb-marking present. Binding is slightly shaky. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Crushing to spine ends with small splits and fraying to cloth. Mild tanning to spine and edges. Grey foxed marking overall. Some scuffed loss to bottom edge of rear board. Small hole to spine.
