With the stamps of Warner Brothers and photographer Floyd McCarty to the verso. In 1927, a Kansas City trumpet player and his band perform nightly at a seedy speakeasy until a racketeer tries to extort them in exchange for protection. Songwriter and composer Ray Heindorf is today best remembered for his work in film soundtracks, and was nominated for eighteen Academy Awards through the course of his four-decade career in Hollywood.
