Ephemera. Single sheet, 8.5 x 11 inches. William P. Lawlor (1854-1926) was a associate justice of the California Supreme Court 1915-1926. Typed letter signed on Supreme Court of California, William P. Lawlor letterhead, dated April 26th, 1915, addressed to Edward F. O'Day. Letter forwards a typed comment by Franklin K. Lane on a poem by O'Day. Very good copy with rust marks from removed paperclip at top of letter. Letter previously folded for mailing. About 100 words. With typed addressed envelope with return address.
