Condition: Fair. 1934. Re-issued. 416 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth. Contains colour photographic frontispiece, with black and white illustrations and photographs throughout. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed, but text remains clear. Binding is firm. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have moderate shelf-wear, with noticeable corner bumping and some scuffing to edges. Spine is severely sunned, with noticeable crushing and slight splitting to ends. Light rubbing and scuffing overall, with visible dark marking to front board.
