[Contents:] Printed titlepage; [1] color mezzotint in blue & green with dark orange sun, blue clouds, green plant forms; [2] color mezzotint of two yellow/tan leaves in green/tan-striped background; [3] black & white mezzotint of a frog posed against a gray ball; [4] color mezzotint of green apples in a tan basket against a dark blue-green & black background; [5] color mezzotint of two yellow/tan sycamore leaves against a green & black background; [6] black & white mezzotint of two turtles, one posed against the other; [7] color mezzotint of a red/orange rose against a dark blue & black background; printed colophon leaf with number & signature. Approx. mezzotint image sizes: 3 5/8" x 2 5/8"; each is printed on a separate sheet of thick, (8 7/8" x 11"), high-quality white paper & each contained in a folded (11" x 18 1/8") sheet of rice-paper tissue guard. All laid into a mounted (attached to lower panel of drop-back, clamshell box), plain gray paper folder/portfolio, with an inner, attached white ribbon to lift the prints. Size of sturdy drop-back, clamshell box: 10" x 12 1/4", covered in a textured black cloth with title stamped in gold on front cover. Box & contents are in fine condition (as new). Exquisite & softly glowing color combinations & special outlines characteristic of the mezzotint. This artist is said to be one of the few to have both the skill and the patience to work in mezzotint. Rare item: some sets already have been broken up for framing. Signed by Author(s).
