Soft cover. Condition: Near Fine. SIGNED AND DATED BY THE AUTHOR on the front free endpaper as follows: "Sept, 27th 1974 |Sincerely | Lillie [Hall] Holliingshead." 8vo. [6]1-118p. Illustrated with 62 black and white captioned photos. Yellow wrappers printed in black and with a black and white photo of the remains of a stone chimney on the front wrapper. Just touches of wear to extremities, spot on the upper right front corner of front wrapper from sticker removal, rear wrapper ever so slightly wavy from moisture damage and with several small red spots, else near fine to fine with no internal markings. Born in Ontario, Canada, Lillie Hall Hollingshead (1898-1986) spent most of her life in northern Montana, where her family homesteaded, engaging in farming and coal mining. The principal locales of these reminiscences are Rudyard, MT, and Havre, MT. Besides many photographs, there is much genealogical information. Signed by Author(s).
