No Binding. Condition: Collectible-Fine. Original black-and-white photograph showing a musical performance on-stage at Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. A group of costumed singers are visible as well as a small orchestra in the pit immediately in front of the stage. A large crowd has gathered to watch the performers. A dense grove of eucalyptus trees and other plants is in the background. No date, circa 1940s. 5 1/4" x 7." Photographs is virtually pristine and intact. A Fine copy. There is a black stamp on back that reads, "Edwin Hewelcke, 2225 Ocean Ave., San Francisco, California." Edwin Hewelcke wrote at least a few articles and stories that were published in the late 1940s. Hewelcke may have also been the photographer who took this photo.
