Set of all 39 issues of Unknown/Unknown Worlds professionally bound in 9 volumes, with gilt titles on the spine showing the title and issues contained in that volume. Bound in light blue and white patterned cloth. The bindings are in fine condition with slight over all wear. The magazines are in very good condition with moderate over all wear, the pages are light tan and some pages are somewhat brittle at the edges. The volume covering 12/40 - 8/41 has a detached section of pages (50). The volume covering 7/40 - 11/40 has chips missing from the upper right corner of several pages, doesn't affect the text.Includes all covers and ads. Includes Vol. 1, No. 1, March 1939 through Vol. 7, No. 3, October 1943. Unknown is considered by many to be the best fantasy magazine published and a highlight of the late pulp magazines. Book.
